Your business may need writing help, but what if you don’t need help all the time?  This is where outsourcing becomes essential.  You can get the talent you need, without hiring someone on permanently.

Writing needs are variable for many businesses, especially those with technical or medical writing needs and especially smaller organizations.  You may only need a new document from time to time, or you may be able to handle edits or additions in-house.

By outsourcing the work you need, your writing needs will be satisfied efficiently without the need to commit to salary or benefits for the long term.

If you’re not sure if you need a full-time writer or not, ask yourself these questions:

  • How many projects do I have that will require writing? – The more times you need a writer, the more sense it might make to hire someone on. Especially if your needs are long term
  • How many hours a week could I keep a writer busy? – The more hours you can keep a writer engaged on your team, the more sense it makes to hire someone permanently.
  • What does my budget look like?  (Do I have the money to spend?) – With competing priorities, it always comes down to money, doesn’t it?

By taking a look at your needs, both for the short term and long term, you can make the best decision for your staffing dilemma. And Writing Assistance, Inc. has the writers you need whether temporary or permanent, local or remote.
